Lee Meadowcroft – Estate Planning Attorney
PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE. FACILITATING PEACE OF MIND.
Lee Meadowcroft joins Skinner Law after running a solo practice for the past 18 years. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in estate planning and administration. Lee was drawn to estate law because of the collaboration it involves. He enjoys working as a team with the client, accountants and other professionals to achieve the best results.
Additional Background
After graduating from Willamette University College of Law in 1994, Lee taught English in Korea and Japan for several years. Upon returning to the U.S., he worked as an attorney in a small private practice and also as a regulator for the Multnomah County Adult Care Home Program. In 2004, he opened his own civil practice serving individuals and small business on a variety of legal matters.
Over time, Lee developed a passion for estate planning and probate and began to focus exclusively on those areas. “It’s a great feeling to help people plan for their future and to give them a sense of ease. It is also very rewarding to help families navigate the complex court system through the probate process, keeping it as simple as possible,” Lee says.
When he is not working, Lee serves on the school board of a private elementary school and is active as a volunteer at his church. Lee also enjoys traveling, cooking, and a host of outdoor activities including trail running, backpacking and cycling.
